How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are Carol's Daughter products sulfate-free and paraben-free?
Many of our collections, including our best-selling Black Vanilla and Goddess Strength lines, are formulated without sulfates, parabens, or artificial colors to ensure the healthiest care for your hair.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our shipping options to our global community in the future.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
